Frances Emma Baillie was born in Sunderland on December 11, 1896. Her parents, John and Annie Baillie, were missionaries in Swaziland. They went on furlough for several months in 1896 to their home town, Sunderland in England, where Frances was born.

Frances Baillie married Arthur George Webb on ___.  They had three children, John Arthur Webb, Beryl Maureen Webb and Dorothy Winifred Webb.  The couple moved to Alice, Cape Province, in ___ (1962?) so as to be close to their daughter Beryl Moll née Webb and her family.  Arthur died in 1963 (? Check date).

Frances Emma Webb remarried, this time to her late husband's brother, Jonathan ("Jack") Webb. They lived at his residence, "Etheljohn Lodge", Ocena View Road, Sunwich Port, until her death in 1971.

Frances Webb's identity number was 356/1348114 W.
